Misal
The 4-step guide
Heat 2 TBSP of oil.
Add entire pack in it & saute for 2-3 mins.
Add 400ml of boiling water & let it cook for 3-4 min.
Cover & let it simmer for 3 min more.
Chicken Masala
The 5-step guide
Empty the entire pack into 700ml of Chicken/ Mutton stock.
Mix well to avoid lumps.
Heat 3-4 tbsp of oil in pan.
Add prepared mixture to the pan & stir well.
Bring it to boil & cover with lid & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
Kala Mutton Rassa
The 5-step guide
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker.
Add 500g chicken or mutton & saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add the entire pack & mix well.
Add 200ml water, close the lid & pressure cook for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot.
Malvani Fish Fry
The 5-step guide
Mix the entire pack with a little water to make a paste.
Marinate 500g fish with the paste for 15-20 minutes.
Lightly coat marinated fish with rice flour or semolina (rava).
Shallow fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped coriander & serve hot.
Akkha Masoor

Heat 2 TBSP oil in a pressure cooker.
Add 200g (2cup) soaked (overnight) Akkha Masoor & sauté for 1 min on low flame.
Add entire pack & mix well.
Add in 400ml (2cup) Water & pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander & hot with pav, buns or bread.
